relationship as a foundation...

THE INTEGRATION-PROCESSING APPROACH

The integration-processing approach encompasses a number of tools which are based on latest research in the fields of collective intelligence, network science, and systemic approach. These consist mainly of Workshops and Gamifications.

Even though each of our tools is geared towards developing different strengths and capacities of our clients, all the tools equally aim towards building a pleasant and socially motivating environment which opens the way to more inclusiveness, collective intelligence, creativity, cooperation, and finally to more successful, happy, and productive individuals.

workshop

Our Workshop is a circular, dialogical method, aimed towards complete integration of qualities and abilities of its participants – developing such a supportive climate among participants, in which their unique qualities and abilities are mutually enriched and reinforced. As a result, an infinite source of inspiration, creativity, and joy is created. We offer two types of Workshops: Center of the Circle and Round Table.

Center of the Circle is a unique activity aimed towards increasing social inclusion and developing emotional intelligence (one of the main factors of success and collective intelligence). In an organizational setting, it guides participants toward an experience of interconnectedness – creating cooperative, collectively intelligent teams, led by purpose and meaning.

Round Table is a core method of our creative and innovative processes, particularly useful in conflict resolution and improving efficiency, management, and decision-making. It allows problems to be “transformed” into collective challenges, offering participants a fresh perspective for problem-solving through a sense of mutual responsibility.

GAMIFICATION

In the broadest terms, gamification is the use of elements and mechanics of play outside the context of playing (for example, in increasing the involvement of users in some service, or in increasing work efficiency).

Game is a serious matter. It is the basis of growing up and development of the self, and it is not limited to children (the average age of players is 42), or even to adults (animals also develop through play).

By letting us identify with certain roles and scenarios, play allows us to feel special and capable, to improve and be active, while also allowing us to learn, presenting us with problems we need to solve, facing us with a healthy dose of risk (freeing us from fear), and even encouraging us to go against our natural reactions (for example, bodyguards learn a new reflex of jumping “towards the bullet” to replace the natural reflex of jumping “away from the bullet”).

Our approach to gamification is entirely cooperative, meaning that participants do not compete against one another, but together seek ways to deal with and overcome shared challenges. Besides allowing us to acquire new skills and abilities for dealing with complex problems in a shared environment, such an approach also builds motivation and a sense of trust and emotional security in a group dynamic.
